Warranty policy
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Type of deposit required to guarantee the reservation:

Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges.
No Show Policy
In case of a No Show, one night’s stay will be charged.
Extra Person Policy
An additional charge of 225.00 pesos will apply starting from the third person in the same room.
Children’s Policy
Example 1: Children are considered up to 12 years old. Children 13 years and older will be charged as adults.
Example 2: 2 children under 12 years old can share the room with 2 adults.
Pet Policy
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Overbooking Policy
In the event that our Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted, our Hotel will find suitable alternatives to replace the contracted service, ensuring they are at least equal to or better than the original benefits.
The hotel will cover one night, including taxes, at a similar hotel.
The guest will be offered free transportation to the new hotel.
The guest will be given at least one phone call to their home or office.
